Somebody PMd me and asked this question:
It's concerning this thread;
http://winglicans.com/index.php?topic=5363.msg242559#newI'm a bit confused with the difference between the Petition Board and the Roleplay planning board. So do you have to petition a series before planning it in the planning board? ... I'm sorry, I understand my own question but it isn't coming out right~ D: Does this mean we can't make up our own stories/plots for a roleplay?
Er... I apologize if this is confusing. To be honest, I'm confusing myself.
Thanks~
My answer to this inquiry was:
Hello there!
No, it isn't stupid for you to ask this question so don't think you are stupid. ^^
My thoughts on the difference of the two is:
The Petition Board is more on "billboard" to 'holler' to other members to see who are interested to roleplaying with you on a certain series.
The Roleplay Planning board can be used when you already have a set of members or you think you already have a good number to start on a roleplay. This is when you can plan in detail.
Either way, yea, it does sound almost the same. I think I'm giving everyone the liberty to use whichever board they deem fit.
Another question was:
I'm still wondering whether we can use our own plots/stories for roleplays like what we did in the past for the FFA Board.
My answer then was if you have an old roleplay that was transferred to the Archived Roleplays you want to use right now, just go ahead and roleplay and point me to the thread so I could move it to the current Free - For - All roleplays. ^^
