Here are the list of open characters for OOC Month.

If you're an Official Roleplayer and you find that your character is listed here, you may still claim it for OOC Month, but you have to reapply again on the regular roleplay boards once the month is over.

If this is your first time to roleplay and you wish to become the Official Roleplayer for the character you've chosen, the posts you made during OOC Month will be considered as your application.*

Note: You may have two anime characters, one original character, and you're free to have as many inanimates as you can handle.

Apparently you can also roleplay inanimate objects... an even crackier set-up. The question here is not 'What is available?' but 'What isn't?' as there are too many things to be counted and just a few things have been spoken for as of writing this.
